- A reasonable fee may be charged for each investigation that may be
required.
- The court could require either or both parties to pay a fee of not
less than $350 for the home study.
- The fee may be waived by the court if a party is unable to pay.
Accounting of Expenses Required by Court The statutes do not
specifically require an accounting, but judges may, at their discretion, ask for
one.
